1) Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of "PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD. payable at Delhi/ New Delhi only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
2) Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the agreement.
3) The other terms & conditions of Sale would be as per the standard Allotment Letter/Agreement of the Company.
4) The above area includes the covered area plus proportionate common areas such as corridors, passages, staircase, lifts, lift rooms, club staircase, under ground and overhead water tanks, mumties, projection etc.
5) The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. month for any delay in handling over the flat beyond the committed period of 24 months form the date of commencement of construction of individual Block/ Tower subject to force majeure. Similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of offer of possession and interest @ 24% on delayed payments, if any.
6) The prices subject to change without notice, before booking, at the sole discretion of the company and the prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable.
7) One time interest free maintenance deposit of Rs. 20,000/- for 2 B/R & Rs. 30,000/- for 3 B/R shall be payable extra.
8) Statutory Taxes, Stamp Duty & Registration charges payable extra as applicable.
9) Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra.
